Food Truck Line Cook (Seasonal part time & Full time)

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic food truck team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Truck Line Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operation of the food truck.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking and preparing orders, providing exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food truck setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Washington/Seattle Benefits Summary:

  • Eligible to participate in company subsidized medical/dental/vision/life insurance within 30 days following new hire status if full time 30+ hours per week
